It's pronounced Jim-ah (It's a multi-purpose Shimaoré word, mostly meaning fine or very good. I feel a bit silly calling her name here in the street in Mayotte. :P)

And yeah, I think I'd rather have my husband cursing at me than calling another woman's name in a too affectionate manner, frex. *lol*
