Sorry that this is in French for now. Don't have time to translate it, but I want to have a copy of the menu to remember:



amuse bouches: panier de printemps

Our Entrées (appetizers):

Crevettes bio Black Qwehli

Cuites et crues en gelée transparente pain noir aux noisettes torréfiées Pâte de haricot aux olives vertes & cerise

Le Foie Gras de canard

Servi mi-cuit & crème glacée foie gras eau d’hibiscus gélifiée fraise poivre & vanille

Our Plats (what Americans call "entrees"); for once we ordered the same thing:

Filet de Saint pierre planché

Tartare d’huitre gillardeau bouillon crémé au txakoli gros artichauts & copeaux de beaufort

Desserts:

Gâteau frangipane pistache

Confit de tomate parfum agrume-épices poudre de pistache crème glacée pistache
 

La ganache tiède au chocolat noir

Croustillant feuilletine / chocolat crème glacée café gel whisky &  chantilly café
