Pajama bottoms (lounge pants) are actually super simple to make, especially these days with all the tutorials online. The footies were where all the difficulties were; even the top was easy in comparison. Now that I have experience, I'm going to try to make myself a pair (won't get around to it for at least half a year, I'm sure) and I'll try a different method. Also, making them for an adult will be much easier, given that the foot will be bigger and easier to sew. All those layers of fabric and curves around a tiny space...tough!
