 Today, my daughter turned 12.

Wow, that went fast.

And after having 6 other girls over for a sleepover last night, I love my daughter all the more.  It is just a mother's love/pride/familiarity speaking, but she really is a great girl.*  <3<3<3

lol... I think it's normal for parents and pet owners. :p

Most extreme case was a friend. He had some medical issues and was told it was unlikely he'd ever become a father, so when he did... Oh boy. Quote: "We meet up with other parents, and they go on and on about their kids. I'm not interested. It's boring. Their kids are boring. Now, MY SON, on the other hand..." :p
