I've written 5K on The Bitter River, and while I can't say it is Love, it is no longer Vague Dislike (I've never experienced Book Hate). I'm very pleased about that because I was beginning to wonder if I knew what I was doing by taking up this project.

True to my word, today has been fairly laid back. Aside from doing the dishes, no housework. Nevertheless, I did yoga, I wrote 1K,  I pierced a few seeds, and I did a sketch. I also downloaded a program to start learning Spanish and finished reading the last few pages of The Amber Spyglass. And, to top it off, [profile] mana_triniand I played dominoes, then watched a rugby game.

So, I'm doing good with my goals. Now if only I can keep this up for another month or so until some excellent habits form.

Glad you finally have the project underway!

Sometimes I'm glad, too. :P But I still have moments where I think I should have waited longer and had more of my ideas lined out or, more importantly, interwoven. Oh well, I know that the more I'm working on a project (writing actual prose) the easier it becomes for me to see clearly. I have faith that it will come together, hopefully sooner than a decade down the road.

Yoga, writing, jewellery prep, sketching - a very productive day! (We ignore housework, it doesn't count....)

And rugby. *Sniffle* Rugby doesn't get shown much on TV here until the Six Nations next month.

Good thing I was productive this weekend because today was a total wash.

I can't wait until the Six Nations. I follow the H-Cup as well as the Top 14, but it just isn't the same as having whole countries have a go at one another. ;-P

Yes, but you were feeling rubbish and you have to make allowances.

You can get back to being productive when you're well again. But first, you have a holiday to enjoy!

*nods* I'm getting wiser in my older age, and I'm taking it easy when I need to. Oh, wait. I've pretty much always done that. *lol* However, I think this shows that, yes, I have big goals and plans for this year, but I'm not likely to get obsessive and scary about them.
