Been to see the doc. Blah news. Need to take better care of myself. Watch what I eat. Exercise more. No surprise there.
Slept in my contacts again. Couldn't see for two days. Still having to put drops in my eyes. Missed two markets because of it.
Ate supper at friends' house. Had a good time, despite looking like a dork because I had to wear a sun visor to protect my eyes from the overhead lighting.
Been working on a monster translation project that is eating my brain.
Working on crafts. How come I seem to work on them all the time and yet have so little to show for my efforts?
Not-thinking about Christmas. Not-buying any presents.
And this evening, I actually wrote new material for the first time in two and a half months. Only 342 words, but that's all I needed to finish up a section. Probably deleted twice that, but I'm really rusty.
I doubt I'll have anything more to say before the hols, (and prolly not much for a couple of weeks after due to family visiting--not mine, J's), so Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of you.
