I may have to continue using my art journaling time to work on book-related sketches. I feel better equipped to write certain scenes now that I have Phayn's and Bhinadmi's faces down on paper.

Foundlings

This entry about record-keeping with swatches of cloth at a foundling hospital is particularly moving, even though it dates back more than two centuries. It tugs my heartstrings and stirs my imagination. I could tell a story about a Lucy Locket or a Benjamin Twirl.
