I finished the 15 rows (columns...depends on how you look at it. ;) ) on my hexagon blanket, and now it is a great throw size to snuggle up under.

Once I got to the end, though, I decided I don't really like the staggered edge and would prefer to even it up before crocheting a border around the whole. So, now I shall make some half-hexagons to fill in those gaps. I finished one, pictured below; only 11 more to go. The edge with the "points," shown on the right, doesn't bother me, so I'll leave it as is, which will save on yarn.

And speaking of yarn, I don't know if I'll have enough to finish the border without switching colors mid-row. :-/ Won't know until I get there.
