A case in point, in France, in the '80s, there was one case of cult-related homeschooling, and every couple of years since, when the gov't wants to chip away at our rights and freedom, they pull out this phrase to scare the public that they have to "protect our children from cults" even though there have been NO OTHER cases since then.
