For a glimpse, I leave you with the view we will have today as we take off from Mayotte. This is the Passe en "S" where we do most of our dives.  Petite Terre is in the background, and you can see the tip of Grande Terre on the left.

I am so envious of the wonderful things you have to photograph. I took a photo of some pretty horrific psoriasis and a lot of sun-damage and aged skin, a non-healing leg ulcer and just to spice it up, a spider in my backyard. Perhaps I am just jaded these days but there doesn't seem to be a lot to photograph around here, although i am thinking if it doesn't stop raining soon there will be some floodwater to photograph. I'm thinking of buying a macro lense so I can find new excitement in the smaller world. I know I don't get here often, but it isn't because I don't care. Missing you heaps. Shaz

eek, the spidey pick, OK, but the others??? *shudder*

And I think macros are terrific. They are interesting studies and force you to take time to look at the world in a different way.
