It's been awhile since I've given you a glimpse of Mayotte. Today, we'll do birds.  Julien took these two pics  during our anniversary bivouac on Bandrelé Island.  We enjoyed lying on our backs,  watching them dart around as they feasted on insects in the umbrella tree above us: flies, spiders, caterpillars...

(too bad you can't see how very blue the skin around her eyes is, and her legs are almost as bright.)

Howdy, Miss. Thanks for the compliments! :D They mean a lot since I know nothing about CSS and fixing up my page to do something unique was a real headache.

The pooter is not better, but I've decided to abuse it anyway. :P
