This little piggy went to the market; this little piggy stayed home

I am a walking virus magnet. I have some kind of viral infection along the nerve that passes from the middle of my back, under my arm, and to my right breast. That half of my body has been in constant pain since last Sunday and the agony has finally climbed to my ear.

I hurt; I'm exhausted; I'm glad I'm not in the advanced stages of breast cancer, which my overactive imagination was telling me was the likely cause of this most recent torment.

Oral antibiotics, ear drops, antibiotic pomade, pain-relievers...*sigh*  I don't think I'll be going to the market tomorrow.

In other news, does anyone else use Mozilla Firefox 3.03? And if so, have you had problems editing or making LJ posts these past few days?

So, sorry you're so ill. I'd totally go to market for you if I lived there!

As for the LJ issues, try clearing your history and cache files. For a while, I had problems inserting pictures and links with a newer version of Firefox, but once I cleaned it up, everything was shiny happy.

Well, maybe that's not such a good idea given that you're already fighting an infection, but it's a cute icon and sickness is often soothed by cute. Good cute, anyway. I hope that the drugs kick in soon and that you're soon back to feeling bouncy.

I use Mozilla, but can't remember what version or where to find out. Ahem. But I haven't had problems recently, though I haven't posted much.

If anything changes, I'll let you know.

If it's Shingles, as the doc seems to think, then 3-5wks is the usual duration of the pain, but sometimes it's lasts for months. :(
