in case you care.

Amazing that it was easier to access the Net via wifi in Peru than it is in New Zealand. I guess that's only because I refuse to pay 4 euros (around $6US) an hour for a connection. Yes, I guess I am a freeloader at heart.

We're in Otorohanga, going to see the Waitomo caves tomorrow.

New Zealand is pretty, but I'm not in love...except with the trees. Lots of tree love.

A freeloader and a treehugger, that's me.

Until next time...

At least they speak a similar language. Maybe no more disasters. Love you both

Oooh, Waitomo caves! I went black-water-rafting through those - hope you do the same. There's nothing like lying back on a rubber inner ring and staring up at a cathedral ceiling full of fireflies. Wonderful. Hope you have a fabulous day :}

Oh, you're the only one I know that has not been gripped by the NZ love.

PS. Isn't there a hotel you can park outside to steal connection? :p

PPS. Oh! And are you going to "The Shire"?

I always have to be different, don't I?

PS. Isn't there a hotel you can park outside to steal connection? :p

Nope, they're all locked or require you to buy the aforementioned expensive access codes to their "wi-fi hotspots"

PPS. Oh! And are you going to "The Shire"?

See response in my latest post.

And a PS of my own:

I can't get any messengers to work. I haven't been able to log on to one in I don't know how long. So, just in case you've thought I've been hiding, the answer is no. :(

We're trying, we're trying.

But really, it isn't all bad. It is beautiful here.

If you wanted trees, you could've stayed in Vermont! :D

No offense to the trees in Vermont, but the ones in New Zealand have them beat. *lol* They are so varied and different and cool.

I'll have to try to get some pics.
