Our landlady called today to tell us that our downstairs neighbor Mr. Heavy-Smoker Loves-His-Music-LOUD is leaving in two weeks, tops.

And there was a shout of joy in the Faure household!

Definitely excellent. I was so afraid he was going to turn into a squatter when he didn't leave immediately after losing his job. It could still happen, I guess, but the notice makes it sound like he is really leaving.
