Tomorrow, it will eat all of me. J, the Sprout, and I are going on a 4-day house-viewing trip.

Good luck!!! Feeling your pain, though on a much smaller scale... We're looking for a new apartment and then have to explain to the current landlord that we are breaking our lease because of their stupid mildew in the air vents... Hope your hassles lead to the happiest of homes :)
