Damselflies and the odd dragon out

Clearing space on my hard drive, so here are some photos that I'm saying bye-bye to.

A banded demoiselle and a beautiful demoiselle.

My, what hairy legs you have, milady!

Here is the odd dragon out, photographed in Martinique. If I were naming this fellow, he would be a pomegranate dragonfly.

One almost think these are the water-buckled pages of a book. I wonder what kind of tales are written on the wings of damselflies?

One thing is sure: You need good eyes to read them.
