I really do not know why my body flips out every time I try to get a handle on managing my time. So far, January has been tough on the health front, and I have yet to get in a good week so that I can take an honest look at how I'm using my time. I know for a fact that I did a horrible job on almost all fronts this week. Yes, I had the earache; yes, it was painful; but I used it as a crutch to not get stuff done.

Why must I sabotage myself?

Tomorrow is the start of a new week. I plan on making it a good one. You hear that, body?

Results of the wreckage that was Week Four:
+ went for three walks
+ attended African dance (the belly dance class was cancelled, but N and I weren't notified because the teacher doesn't have our contact info)
+ went bike riding for an hour
+ finished 52
+ finished 53
+ started 54...and started it again.

Perhaps your body flips about because you're overdoing the time management?

What frigg said. When I push myself to do too much, my body jumps up and says, "Oh, no, missy--you will get some rest if I have to put you in a coma to do it!" Three walks, a dance, an hour of bike riding, and a pile of writing is quite a full week, particularly if you aren't feeling well.

But apropos of my recent post, yes, I would love it if you could email those posts to me. As attached RTFs would be super, but if forwardwarded emails are easier for you, that would work fine for me, too. (I would have sent this message to you via email, but for some reason, I don't seem to have your email in my address book. I don't know why not--we've corresponded outside the OWW!) barbarienne2 at hotmail dot com.
